This promotion is operated by JUNDAY Limited ("JUNDAY", "we", "us", "our").

The giveaway is open to:

• Residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date of entry
• Persons able to receive the prize at a valid UK delivery address

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, contractors, agents and officers of JUNDAY Limited
• Immediate family members of the above, defined as spouse or civil partner, parent, child, sibling or cohabiting partner
• Any other person professionally connected with the administration of this promotion

By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria above. JUNDAY reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant who cannot provide satisfactory proof of eligibility.

Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted. JUNDAY's decision on whether an entry was received within the promotion period is final.

To enter, you must submit a valid first name and email address through one of the above channels during the promotion period. An optional Instagram username field is provided but is not required for a valid entry.

JUNDAY reserves the right to reject entries that are:

• Automated, bulk or machine-generated
• Duplicate submissions from the same email address
• Incomplete or submitted with false information
• Received outside the promotion period
• Otherwise fraudulent or in breach of these terms

JUNDAY is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to technical issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

By submitting the giveaway entry form, you agree to be added to JUNDAY's email marketing list. You will receive product updates, news, promotional offers and other marketing communications from JUNDAY.

You may unsubscribe from JUNDAY marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not invalidate or remove your giveaway entry.

This consent to receive marketing is separate from any consent required under the UK GDPR or the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). JUNDAY will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

There will be one winner. The prize consists of one month of JUNDAY supply comprising the following:

The prize is subject to the following conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold
• No cash or alternative prize will be offered in substitution
• The prize must be accepted as offered
• If any listed product is unavailable at the time of prize fulfilment, JUNDAY may substitute a product of equal or greater retail value without prior notice
• The Selfridges voucher is subject to Selfridges' own terms and conditions
• The prize will be delivered to a valid UK address only

Entrants who have not previously placed an order with JUNDAY will automatically receive a 15% discount off their first JUNDAY order. This discount is separate from the giveaway prize and does not affect the entrant's eligibility to win.

JUNDAY determines eligibility for the first-purchase discount based on the order history associated with the entrant's email address at the time of entry. This determination is final. The discount will be delivered by email following a successful giveaway entry and is subject to the discount terms stated in that email.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the promotion period. The random draw will take place on or after 12 October 2026.

The selection process will be conducted using a verifiably random method. JUNDAY will retain sufficient records to demonstrate that the process was fair and random.

The draw will be conducted by or on behalf of JUNDAY. JUNDAY's decision as to the selection of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. Purchasing a JUNDAY product or otherwise spending money with JUNDAY does not increase the likelihood of winning.

The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry on or around 14 October 2026. JUNDAY will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the information submitted at entry.

When responding, the winner may be required to provide:

• Confirmation of their full name
• A valid UK delivery address for prize fulfilment
• Proof of eligibility if requested by JUNDAY

If the selected winner fails to respond within the required period, cannot provide satisfactory proof of eligibility, provides incorrect or undeliverable details, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, JUNDAY reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random process and the same notification and response conditions.

JUNDAY will not be responsible for winners who cannot be contacted due to incorrect or outdated contact details submitted at entry.

JUNDAY may announce the winner on or around 14 October 2026. The announcement may include the winner's first name and, where an Instagram username was voluntarily supplied at entry, that username. The winner's email address will not be published or shared publicly.

The winner will always be contacted privately by email before any public announcement is made. The winner may request that their name not be used in any public announcement, subject to JUNDAY's obligations under the CAP Code to make winner information available on request.

In accordance with the CAP Code, JUNDAY will provide the surname and county of the winner to any person who requests this information within one month of the winner announcement date. Such requests should be sent to hello@junday.com.

The prize will be delivered to the valid UK delivery address confirmed by the winner after notification. Delivery is expected within 5 working days of the winner confirming their delivery details, subject to stock availability.

The prize may be fulfilled in multiple separate deliveries. JUNDAY will communicate delivery arrangements to the winner by email.

JUNDAY is not responsible for:

• Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the winner
• Delays caused by circumstances outside JUNDAY's reasonable control, including but not limited to postal strikes, severe weather or supply chain disruption
• Any loss, damage or deterioration of the prize once it has been dispatched to the confirmed delivery address

Risk in the prize passes to the winner upon delivery to the confirmed address. The prize cannot be delivered outside the United Kingdom.

JUNDAY Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this promotion. By entering the giveaway, you acknowledge that JUNDAY will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at junday.com/pages/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data collected through this promotion includes:

• First name and email address (required for entry)
• Instagram username (optional, collected only if voluntarily provided)
• Entry source (popup, landing page, email or social, collected automatically)
• Winner's full name and UK delivery address (collected privately from the winner only, after selection)

JUNDAY will use this data to:

• Administer the giveaway and manage entries
• Send marketing communications where consent has been given
• Contact and notify the winner
• Arrange and fulfil prize delivery
• Comply with legal obligations and the CAP Code

Entry data will be stored in JUNDAY's Klaviyo account in accordance with Klaviyo's data processing terms. Winner delivery details will be held separately and deleted once prize fulfilment is complete.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes JUNDAY's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Subject to the above, JUNDAY will not be liable for:

• Any technical failures, errors or interruptions affecting the entry process
• Entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted due to network, hardware or software failure
• Any failure or delay in prize delivery caused by circumstances outside JUNDAY's reasonable control
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from participation in or inability to participate in this promotion
• Any dispute between an entrant and a third party

JUNDAY is not responsible for the terms, availability or quality of the Selfridges voucher included in the prize. Any queries regarding the voucher should be directed to Selfridges.

JUNDAY reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any stage where circumstances arise outside its reasonable control that make it necessary to do so. These include but are not limited to events of force majeure, technical failure, regulatory requirements or circumstances that make it impractical or unlawful to continue the promotion.

Any material changes to these terms will be communicated via the JUNDAY website and will not unfairly disadvantage entrants who entered before the change was made. Minor amendments that do not affect entrants' rights may be made without notice.

If the promotion is cancelled before the draw date, JUNDAY will notify entrants where it is reasonably practicable to do so.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between JUNDAY and the entrant in relation to this promotion. No other statements, representations or warranties have legal effect.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

JUNDAY's failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

This promotion and these terms are not directed at residents of the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or any jurisdiction outside the United Kingdom. International entries will not be accepted.
