1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Delivery Costs

Delivery is free on all UK orders.

There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

During peak periods, promotions, product launches, or circumstances outside our control, delivery times may vary.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email (where tracking is available).

We reserve the right to delay dispatch in cases of:

  • High order volumes

  • Stock availability issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity


5. Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Orders are dispatched automatically following successful payment.

  • Delivery follows the same estimated 3–4 working day timeframe.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are up to date before renewal.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

  • Parcels left in a safe place at your request

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping may require an additional delivery charge.


7. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Public health emergencies


8. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.


9. Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time:

  • Please contact hello@junday.com

  • We may initiate a courier investigation before issuing a replacement.

Replacement or resolution will be handled at our discretion following courier confirmation.
